My sweet boy has to take his second nap at church now. He did great the first Sunday. We are now in the Riverton 13th ward. So far, so good! We got treats from the Horner and Walker families already!
I won this sweet Dapper Baby mustache pacifier for Spencer. My men are too handsome.
Spencer’s new room! He loves it (I think). He’s slept well so far. It took awhile to paint the stripes, but I think it’s worth it for such a cute room.
He loves the backyard! Grass is the best.
These cousins are the cutest. Spencer usually crawls straight to Zach to lay in his lap – his way of hugging him.
The boy and I went back to our old basement house to clean, clean, clean. Spencer thought he was very helpful.
He LOVES the vacuum. As you can see. He chased me around the whole time I was cleaning.
The adorable Riverton Farms Young Women brought me treats on Tuesday! I will miss these cute girls.
I’m sad we didn’t get a good picture of all of us together, but we had the Tondevolds over for dinner and dessert on Tuesday! They live in California now, so it was awesome to see them. Nixon is too cute. He and Spencer were fast friends. We hope to find an awesome couple like the Tondevolds here in Utah.
Such handsome little boys!
He chewed on this bullet for about 20 minutes.
Spencer loves his new playground. So many new things to explore every day!
We be crazy.
During a trip to Target, we noticed that PetSmart was adopting out dogs! This boy had a great time watching the dogs. I was too worried about him getting bitten to let him pet them.
We went on a morning run, and he fell fast asleep. Sweet boy.
Tom’s soccer game was at 6pm on Thursday, so we got to go watch! Spencer really enjoyed it. He was a pretty good boy the whole time. Tom is in the blue shorts on the right side of the picture.
We went on a temple date to Oquirrh Mountain to do initiatories on Friday. Then we got delicious Costa Vida. I am grateful for a husband who is worthy to take me to the temple every month. The spirit of peace that is there is unlike anywhere in the world. We’re blessed to live so close to several temples here in Utah.
During our date, Spencer was able to play with Grandpa and Grandma. When we got back, he was having a blast digging in the dirt. Lucky boy.
On Saturday morning, we had Jake, Kitty, Kiley, Heather, and her two girls over for breakfast. It was delish. It’s so fun to be able to have a home to invite people to again. As payment for breakfast, the men installed two of our new door locks. 🙂
Hard at work.
Home ownership is expensive! We bought a new lawn mower. It’s pretty great.
This boy is a proud pool owner. I am so excited to be able to play in the backyard with him all summer. He loves water!
Heather and the girls helped hang some of my pictures on the walls. I’m feeling a tad more settled. There is much work to do, though.
On Saturday evening, we went to Jon and Anna’s house for Zachary’s FIRST birthday party! It was Super Why themed. We borrowed a few capes, and Tom made a pretty sweet mask. I can’t believe that Zachy is already one. Spencer isn’t too far behind him! Just three short months. Zach is walking now.
I think dad and Tom were having more fun with the slide train than the boys. <3
Spencer LOVED helping play with the new presents. 🙂 I think he was more engaged than Zach. He’s ready for his birthday.
